Now in its third year, MM+M's 40 Under 40 program will again celebrate the wealth of accomplished young talent working in and around medical marketing. Our list includes individuals from all parts of the industry, ranging from in-house and agency brand talent to young professionals on the forefront of change in health media and analytics.
“If the pandemic has shown us anything, it’s that great work is timeless as well as ageless — and that’s what we want to celebrate with our 40 Under 40 list,” says MM+M editor-in-chief and general manager Steve Madden.
Submit a nomination by the first deadline November 30, 2021

To be considered, the nominee must:
Be under the age of 40 on March 24, 2022
Work as a healthcare marketing professional in North America
Nominations must be submitted and paid for online
Self-nominations are not permitted
All nominations must be accompanied by a high-resolution color photo of the nominee (specs: no less than 300 dpi resolution, at least 3”-x-3” in size)
They must be shared with MM+M by November 30, 2021 at 6 p.m. PT. MM+M will consider nominations submitted by December 7, 2021, but a $50 late fee will apply
Organizations may nominate multiple individuals
All information shared with MM+M as part of the nomination process will be considered part of the public domain and potentially be included in the honoree’s 40 Under 40 profile and/or a program for the event celebrating the honorees. Please do not include information in the nomination that you wouldn’t want published.
Outside activities and accomplishments (e.g., charitable work, hobbies, academic accomplishments, family life)
Industry contributions (e.g., involvement with professional organizations, adjunct professorships)
