Now in its eighth year, MM+M's 40 Under 40 celebrates the most accomplished and promising young talent across the healthcare marketing and communications industry.

Our honorees represent a dynamic mix of innovators, leaders, and change-makers from pharma, biotech, agencies, media, digital health, and data-driven organizations. Through their creativity, vision, and commitment to excellence, they are driving meaningful progress and shaping the future of medical marketing.

NOMINATION INFORMATION

Nomination Criteria

To be considered, the nominee must:

Be under the age of 40 on October 16, 2026
Work as a healthcare marketing professional in North America

Nomination Rules

Nominations must be submitted and paid for online
Self-nominations are not permitted
All nominations must be accompanied by a high-resolution color photo of the nominee (specs: no less than 300 dpi resolution, at least 3”-x-3” in size)
They must be shared with MM+M by October 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST. MM+M will consider nominations submitted by October 16, 2026, but a $100 late fee will apply
Organizations may nominate multiple individuals
All information shared with MM+M as part of the nomination process will be considered part of the public domain and potentially be included in the honoree’s 40 Under 40 profile and/or a program for the event celebrating the honorees. Please do not include information in the nomination that you wouldn’t want published.
